Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

Our 29-year-old garage door opener began to falter and the remotes could not be programmed. Andrew helped to diagnose a faulty circuit board on the old opener and recommended a replacement. He offered several choices and was not pushy when I chose the least expensive. He had the new opener, along with a new track and chain, new remotes, and a new outside keypad all installed and working in a short time. Excellent service.

I had a coil spring break on my garage door. I called Precision after looking at reviews online. Had an excellent experience. Our technician Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Quick response. Although the problem with the noise as door raised did not happen while Andrew was here, we took care of some maintenance and replaced the springs. Have a plan of what to do next if noise returns. Andrew was very thorough and offered some options to consider on our aging garage door opening system. We ar we starting with the springs.

My garage door was out of service due to a broken spring. I remembered hearing a commercial from Precision and decided to give them a call. Andrew arrived precisely at the appointed time and got right to work to take care of the broken spring problem. He was cheerful, professional, courteous and efficient. Absolutely excellent service and equipment. The 20 year old garage door opener finally died from a shorted out transformer on the circuit board.
