The spring on our garage door broke Friday evening. I was thankful to find Precision’s site and get an appointment for Saturday! Isaac showed up in the time window and did an excellent job. He was incredibly personable! He worked quick, explained what went wrong, and what needed fixed. He was honest with us on parts and costs and we were up and running in now time! I would recommend Precision for any garage door issues!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because they serviced Lawrence and they could come within 4 hours. They sent Issac who exceeded all of our expectations. He was very knowledgeable about the product and detected the problem right away. He gave us service option and different price points to meets our needs. He was very helpful and genuine. In the end he was able to show me how to care for the garage door in the future. I would definitely call to have him back to work on the garage door in the future.

Today's experience with Issac was outstanding. He explained exactly what we needed to get our garage door back to good condition, including which parts beyond springs needed to be replaced for the best operation. We woke up on a Sunday morning with a broken garage door and cars trapped inside. I was able to make an appointment quickly online for same day repair. Our technician Isaac was very respectful and kind. He was obviously very knowledgeable as well. He explained the issues and all of our solution options thoroughly while also allowing us time to discuss what we thought was best for us. He was very tidy and efficient with his work and had it fixed in no time. What a relief it was to get it done so quickly and on a Sunday no less.

We have used precision twice to repair our doors and put new seals on for weather protection. They have always responded in a prompt manner and we have had excellent service.
