We are a repeat customer with Precision. Our technicians, Joey and Brock, exceeded our expectations. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in layman's terms so it was easy to understand the various options we had. Our main issue was a broken spring, but many other parts on the door were making the door work harder than it needed to. Joey and Brock provided a few options for us and we chose the one we felt would work best for us at this time. We appreciated being offered multiple options instead of just one....e.g., replace the entire door. (The service performed and products purchased were multiple ones - we were only able to choose one each on this form.) We trust Precision to be honest and provide good service. In our case, it was exceptional....and on New Year's Day on top of that! Thank you so much to Joey and Brock.

Awesome job. A spring broke on Christmas day, trapping my car inside the garage. I booked the appointment online after reading several reviews. I thought it was a nice touch when the confirmation text gave me a brief bio on the technician, Joey. He was there bright and early the next morning, and was great to work with. We had Precision Garage Door Service come out because our keyless pad was not working correctly. When Joey H came out, he asked what our concerns were and what we were wanting to accomplish. He then made suggestions and gave us options that would work best for us. He went the extra mile and then some, to say the least! We ended up replacing the motor on our garage door opener and keyless pad. Joey H also helped me to set up the app on my phone and re-set our openers and new keypad. He also re-set the garage door button in our car. I can't say enough GREAT things about Joey H and his service. He was very professional, kind, honest and patient to answer all my questions. The gentleman that helped me (cannot remember his name) was very helpful, well know ledged, and all around a nice guy. I found out the problem was the board and crank? Anyhow ended up just getting a new motor. He explained everything in great detail and I knew what I was paying for as he did it. I even got a few discounts! Nobody likes to have things break but I was impressed with Precision from beginning to end. Spring broke on a Sunday but I was happy I was able to make an appointment online for first thing Monday. Our technician was really friendly and professional. Pricing and repair options were very clear with no pressure. Work was done quickly and the door is even working better than it was before the spring broke. Highly recommend!

I’m giving Joey 5 stars even though he was a few hours late due to another job. However, I think he sincerely apologized. After he completed he completed his inspection of my job he did thoroughly explained what was going on with my garage door and what needed to be done to fix the problem. After I agreed to the best path for me regarding the garage door, he did what I feel like is a good job and eliminated any worries that I had of the door breaking on top of my car or me even worse. I’m completely satisfied with the job that he did and I would recommend him to anyone else.

I was very reluctant to call for service because I hate dealing with any kind of service industry because usually it's the same old game where they show up and quote you an astronomically ridiculous amount that you later find out was way more than you could have had it done by going somewhere else. I would say in this case, I was pleasantly surprised. Garage door motor went out and the replacement cost was very reasonable. Joey H. was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to answer all of my questions. Very glad I called. Highly recommended! A++++
