I initially called to get keypads installed and after Kevin did his inspection he gave us his input...we just purchased our house and the seller installed a new door with old parts...Kevin showed us what was old and also his input on how dangerous it was to not fix it....I’m glad he was honest with us and bringing it to our attention. I would highly recommend Precision. Our technician, Kevin, inspected the door and made suggestions as to other things that might improve the garage doors function as well as longevity. He was not pushy but very informative and left the decision up to me. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and he left the garage cleaner than he found it. There is a noticeable difference in the garage door function as well as now being able to check status of the door through our phones. Great repair, information and service!!
