I called Precision through a referral on late Saturday afternoon because of a broken spring on the garage door. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and gave me the first appointment Monday a.m. I received my promised call from the technician with a time of arrival. He assessed the problems and showed me options and I made the choices I wanted for repairs. Kevin Ulery was our service technician and was extremely efficient, professional and very informative! I felt very comfortable and assured of his recommendations. Kevin also brought along a trainee, Cory Barnett. It was Cory's first day on the job and I was so very pleased to hear that Precision had hired an Army Veteran. Thank you Cory for your service! Cory was equally as polite and will be an asset to Precision. I would call Precision again and most assuredly request Kevin or Cory for my service technician. I will certainly pass Precision Garage services on to my family and friends and also plan to place their name in our HOA directory for our neighbors. It was so refreshing to receive such GREAT customer service!!

I was very pleased with my experience with Precision. From the courtesy of the individual who answered my phone call right down to the wonderful two young men who came to my rescue. If I could, I would give you 10 stars. I was extremely grateful that my garage was repaired in one afternoon, considering that I made the initial phone call after 12:00 noon. Kevin and the young man who assisted were courteous and helpful and determined to solve the problem with the door. It will be necessary to purchase a new door a little bit down the road, but there will need to be repair done to my garage floor before that will be possible. I will most definitely be calling on Precision when that day comes. Many times, an elderly woman can be taken advantage of by unscrupulous people, and it restores my faith to be treated with such respect and kindness shown to me by Kevin and his partner. Your company is very fortunate to have these two young men representing you. My Garage door opener quick working and I called Precision who has same day service. I was given a 3 hour window for the afternoon and the technician Kevin U was on time. He wore a mask the entire time and gave my entire door system a full inspection. I’m glad he did because he found several things that were not safe and on the brink of further damage that could have resulted in someone really getting hurt or even worse. After pointing each failure point out to me he wrote up a few different quotes on the repairs that were needed. His truck was stocked and addressed all of them. Not only does my door work again but i feel safer knowing that it’s not going to collapse.
