Garage door stuck halfway, wouldn’t open or close. We called Precision in late morning; by 3:00 Teddy arrived to fix it. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Finished the job in one hour and cleaned up completely. Teddy was courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

Precision sent a tech out to fix our door at 10 o’clock Saturday night. We called at 8 o’clock Saturday night! Austin had our garage door fixed before midnight and by then it was subzero outside! this morning, Monday, I opened the garage door, and it didn’t seem like it was working smoothly. I called again, and Teddy was here and gone before I knew it. both technicians took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong and what they were fixing. We are satisfied 110%. I'm giving them five stars because that's all the stars there are to give!

My garage door spring broke and I. Allied Precision. Teddy came out, arriving on time. He showed me not only had the spring broken but there were several safety concerns. I was a repeat customer but had a terrible experience from loosing my new remote to damaging my brand new $800 bike, my garage left in total mess and the weather strip is not on straight. Did I mention it took 6 hours for a one car garage to be installed. Also. The door was supposed to match my neighbors and it’s not. I’m totally unhappy with my experience.

When we bought our house in 2019, the first investment we made was with garage door openers. We bought three (3) new ones. From our first impression of the sales engineer to our two (2) service calls that we have had for preventive maintenance, we have been very happy. Teddy came out today and was excellent. From his demeanor to his knowledge to the efficiency with which he worked. We will surely recommend any peer to use Precision Door. Had a total garage door fail. Called Precision Garage Door Service and they had a technician out in a very timely manner. Our service technician, Teddy, did a very good job explaining what was wrong with the door and mechanism and gave us 3 options from a band-aid to a full up repair that would last years. I chose the full up repair with a 7 year warranty and am very pleased with the work. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!
