We had our garage door spring break on Veterans day 9/4/23. We were not expecting the service we received on a holiday weekend. I found Precision Overhead Door of Noblesville Ind. on the internet on a local listing. I also remember the name from a comment made about them on Nextdoor saying how pleased the customer was with the work and knowledge of the repairman. I was pleased to make contact with a human on the first call. We set up an appointment for the next morning for evaluation and repair. Again, we were happy with the quick response. We received a phone call several hours later telling us they had a service person available if we would be interested to have the work done that evening. Of course we said yes. The service person was at our house within 20 minutes. He evaluated the issue, presented us with an estimated cost of repairs. He had the door up and running in about an hour and a half. Vlad was courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable of the product and repairs needed. I rate Precision Overhead Door with a rating of 10 plus.
