Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

Repairman was polite and professional and fixed the issue we called about. He also gave us a couple of options to fix additional items that our older garage door needed which we declined because of cost. My one complaint was that our invoice contained a $15.00 fuel surcharge plus a service charge. We live in the Indianapolis metro area and found that charge to be a ripoff especially since we were not informed of this when we set the appointment, only told of the service charge.

Our spring broke so the garage door was unable to open. Andrew replaced the spring and did a thorough inspection of the entire door and all of the parts. The doors are 18 years old and the parts are as well as they’ve never been updated. Andrew explained to me where some plates were no longer working as they should and was creating a hazard everytime the door opens and closes. He also was very detailed and explained everything good and bad about the door in terms that I could understand enough without having any knowledge of garage doors. He was super easy to work with!
