Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

Had to have a broken torsion spring replaced. I called around 11am and was scheduled for 4:00 the same day. Andrew called and said he was ahead of schedule so he could come a little earlier... he actually waited about 10 mins for me. Really good guy. Explained what he was going to do before hand, I was given options and aprox 1/2hr later, I was operating again. The door is balanced well and is quieter than its been in 10 yrs. I highly recommend!!!

It's no fun having your car trapped in your garage when your big springs break. Precision was able to come out same day and fix all the issues, with thorough explanations and options for repair. Used Precision at our previous home and had no fear of using them again at our new home. They allowed me to schedule an appointment at 9:30 the night before, didn't have to wait until the next day to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they called to let me know they were on their way and they were on time. Andrew, the technician, was polite and thorough. He explained all of my options and explained the benefits of each option. When I decided on the option, the service was done and he walked me through and showed me everything he did. While traveling I was notified that my garage door was open and stuck. I found your company on line. You guys told me exactly when you would be there. You also called before you came and arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled. You guys did a great job in my opinion.
