Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

Our experience was trouble free, Andrew, our service tech, explained everything in words we could understand, and with our approval, replaced the seals on 3 doors, installed a new exterior keypad and several other repair /tune-up items he and my husband discussed. Everything done A-1, and the cost very fair. Money well spent! ! We would definitely call back if needed for future service! !

A broken spring prompted me to contact Precision Garage Doors. In less than an hour Andrew was out. He repaired the spring, then suggested a few maintenance items I may want to consider. Andrew and his trainee were just great. Very personable, knowledgeable, courteous, and above all clean. Now I have a workable door, whereas before it wasn't. Broke just as I was trying to leave for a weeks vacation, so called them from where I was staying and set up a service/repair call for first thing this morning. Now I have all new springs, cable and rollers along with a 7 year warranty. First class job by a first class company.

Garage door wouldn't open. Called Precision and was impressed by the phone service and fast availability of a technician. Andrew came out and quickly diagnosed the issue (finding broken parts) and explained my options. I opted for a new garage door opener. Andrew was friendly, professional, and performed good work. He made sure I didn't have any questions prior to leaving. All this with the heat index over 100! Never had a garage door service before, so I cannot comment on pricing, but the experience was definitely top notch. I'd recommend them to friends and family if in need of garage door service.

I highly recommend Precision. The service tech, Andrew, called us about 20 minutes prior to our appointment to confirm he was on his way. He was very professional and polite. He was able to easily help us with our service request and then took time to check and re-lubricate the coils and checked to make sure doors were in good operating order.
