First time to use Precision Garage Door company. Called at 1pm and they were there at 4pm. Technician Isaac W was very professional from the moment he arrived. He did not try to pressure sell all new equipment. We discussed what needed to be done and what we could continue to operate with. He found some safety issues that I had not seen, and we had them corrected too. He reprogrammed four openers and checked all the door safety features to make sure they worked properly. Very satisfied with his work. Will use Precision Garage again when needed. Thank you, Clark

I was running late to take my daughter to school this morning, was talking to my daughter and got distracted, and didn’t realize the garage door wasn’t raised up all the way when I started backing out of the garage and I ended up crashing into the garage door (my daughter and I were safe). Thankfully, Isaac the technician was able to come within an hour or hour and a half to come take a look at the damage. He was super honest and gave recommendations on what he would do personally and I greatly appreciate his empathy towards my mistake. Highly recommend their service! Took him about 1.5-2 hours to fix the garage door. Thank you very much for the hard work, honesty, and patience!

I was able to book an appointment for the next day (I could have requested same day but that didn't work for my schedule) and Isaac showed up right on time. He was quick, efficient, courteous, and professional, and was able to mitigate our issue as well as point out other maintenance and safety issues we never realized were a problem. We have utilized folks several times over the years for different service needs. Your techs are very professional and knowledgeable. I've been a direct salesperson for over 40+ years and have been providing compressed air equipment solutions for almost 20 years. I expect and appreciate the same good service I deliver throughout the state of Indiana. your Precision techs knock it out of the park every time. If only ALL contractors delivered the same quality! If I was responsible for hiring techs for the company I represent, I would hire every tech that I have encountered with your company. Hope you are paying them well, or someone will steal them away. Good people are hard to find.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Not only was I scheduled quickly and courteously, my technician Isaac was wonderful. He did not try to “upsell” services and was very helpful in the navigation of services that were needed versus ones that could be delayed. Plus, while working here, Isaac heard a neighbor who had fallen and responded to bring out his first aid kit AND help the neighbor back home! This sounds too good to be true…but it’s true!
