Mike called 15 minutes before his arrival (which was well within the time stated by the customer service person). He was courteous and knowledgeable about the problem. He repaired my door within half an hour's time and I was back on my way.

The representative arrive promptly and assessed our need. He determined that the old springs (which had been replaced less than 2 years ago) were "undersized" for the type and size of our door, which likely contributed to the door opener failing to operate. Mike, our technician, was very respectful of our property, and completed the work in a timely fashion. He explained the use of the new system, the warranty, and made certain that we understood the operation of the system.

Our torsion spring broke and needed repaired. Precision sent out Mike to our house the next day. He was very friendly and informative. He gave us a few options on how to make the repairs he was about to make last longer. The door was near 15+ years old and needed some servicing since many parts were starting to look a little rough.
