Mike F. Did a great job. Explained not only what needed repaired now, but also what was likely to need replaced in the near future. He did this with no high pressure sales tactics. He layed out 4 different options and the price of each. Very professional and cleaned up after himself, including blowing off part of the driveway. Will use again when needed.

I choose your company randomly on the internet. Your receptionist was polite and helpful. Mike was my technician. As a business owner/operator I pride myself on customer service. Mike was prompt and very professional. His attitude and customer service was excellent and something that I have not experienced in a long time. He is someone that you should do your best to keep. I will continue to use your services as needed.

Response time was above expectations; technician was courteous and clearly explained the service that was completed. Additionally, he offered suggestions for self-maintenance. The firm honored a one year warranty feature from a previous service without hassle. A superior choice for handling garage door tepairs.

Mike was just great! I liked that he did an inspection of everything. He took care of my repair, and was so nice to work with. Precision will remain my garage door service company for sure! I’m very pleased. (Your list, below, does not let me state what the repair was. It was for the replacement of the metal strip and rubber seal to the bottom of my 16 ft garage door.)
