We were having intermittent trouble with our garage door and when Ryan D. came out to troubleshoot, he not only found the primary cause, but took the time to provide very detailed customer education. We not only clearly understood the issue, but now have a much better understanding of how our garage door should work. Ryan offered several solutions to update our garage door components. We chose to go with the full replacement of everything except the door. We had no clue how big a difference a precision balanced garage door system would make. The door is now so smooth and quiet my dogs don’t know when it opens or closes. With the added benefits of the wireless connectivity, app access, battery backup, and security we could not be happier! Working with Precision is absolutely the best garage door service experience we’ve every had. I would highly recommend them if you want the best service and support for your garage door.

The repairman diagnosed the problem with the garage door opener very quickly and efficiently. I was also having a problem receiving door activity alerts on my iPhone. Although he admittedly wasn’t that familiar with iPhones, he continued to troubleshoot the problem and effectively resolved it. Ryan was early, but called ahead to let me know that he was on his way. He was extremely knowledgeable even with the older set up I have in my garage. He asked questions and assessed the issues I was having, explained my options and the cost associated with each. After deciding on a plan of action, he got right to work. He explained the process as he worked, and gave me plenty of advice on how to extend the life and functionality of my overhead door. Being in a service industry myself, I have to say that Ryan exceded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and everything was in working order before he left. I called and the apptmt was the following day. Ryan explained how the problems could be resolved - repair and/or replace the door, opener, and the cost breakdown for each. Since I chose repair on some items (which included warranties) and replace on some items, he was able to do the work the same afternoon. I was very pleased with Ryan and the work done, as well as the cost. I would highly recommend Precision and Ryan if you have garage door problems.
