Great service. Actually called and arrived early as compared to scheduled time. Work was under lifetime warranty and no hassles at all. Travis was professional and efficient. Glad I bought the garage door overhaul in 2009.....everything fixed and properly working!

When I found your website, I knew I would be in good hands because the very first thing you do is check the balance on the door. I thought your approach would be thorough and professional. I was right. I am very satisfied with the service provided on my garage door. I didn't know I was living with an accident waiting to happen. Nobody wants to hear the bad news that something needs to be fixed - but the alternative was scary. I'm very happy I called and I am satisfied with my lifetime warranty for parts and labor. I know I won't have to worry about this particular problem for as long as I live in this home.

Love our new door. Looks great and works much better than the old one. The only problem is the door does not close to the concrete on one side, but that is due to the floor settling and not the installation. As of now, I would heartly recommend Precision to my friends and family.
