Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

We had been having issues with very loud noises when putting the door up and down. I was sure every day, this was the day it was going to break. One of your commercials where the guy says when the spring broke "oh it just has an attitude" always made me giggle but is one of the reasons I called your company. Even though it ended up costing more than we were expecting to have to pay, I am very pleased with the service we received. Andrew S and "the new guy" that came out were great at explaining everything that was going on and why we needed to upgrade the spring system. The service was performed on time and with efficiency . The technician also asked me to call back if I have any issues . He asked me to give it a couple of weeks to be sure . I did purchase the rubber piece/seal at the bottom of the door and a metal part to which it was attached .

Anthony was awesome. I would not know how a tech could be better. My garage door spring set up was out dated and some adjustments needed to be made and improved. Although I was hoping the current set up could be corrected with what I currently had, his input and advice was the way to go. I was impressed that parts were on the truck and installation began right now. I am very happy with the results.

Spring broke after 6 years. Appointment scheduled quickly. Tech was great. Replaced both springs and completed routine maintenance in 45 minutes. All parts and labor covered under the originally purchased protection plan. Highly recommend.
