Austin is married and has two daughters, one crazy toddler and a third grader who loves dance. Austin grew up in Avon and has three younger sisters. He played baseball through junior college as a pitcher and graduated from Ball State University with an Exercise Science degree in 2008. Outside of work and family Austin volunteers at his church as an elementary youth pastor. Random claims to fame: - Was a professional bodybuilder in the WNBF - Acted in six independent horror films - Once ate a 64oz steak at Shula’s, the gigantic elk burger at Bub’s, and always cleans everyone’s plates at restaurants.

We had a failure of our garage door opener which we had recently purchased from precision somewhere in the last 5 to 6 years. The technician who installed that one was wonderful. When I called today I made it clear that I was upset with the unit and how it had been less than reliable your company sent out Austin. This gentleman personifies excellence professionalism empathy and creativity all in one contractor. I know you can’t control all the ins and outs of the equipment that you purchase to resell. But you can control the manner in which you treat your customers. In this incident today you created the perfect example of how it should be done. Austin was great. Had a broken spring on a rental unit door and he was there same day, when promised. Repair was completed quickly and without surprises. Good communication via text and phone. I've worked with Precision in the past and knew what to expect...great service. From start to finish communication was great. The call rep shared what time someone could be here and Austin was right on time. He called while on his way, / analyzed the issue once he arrived / shared options and estimate / completed the repair in good time. While here I also asked him for a tune up. I didn't realize how loud the door had gotten until Austin made it quiet again. I'll definitely use Precision in the future.
