Drew was born in Indianapolis and grew up in Noblesville. After high school he attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Phoenix, AZ and was certified in Harley Davidson and BMW. After several years of working as a Motorcycle Mechanic, he wanted some change and found a new home at Precision as a service technician. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, working on motorcycles, and hanging out with his friends.

We were very pleased with our experience! Drew was exceptional as well as the gentleman he was training. I’m sorry I can’t recall his name, but they were both awesome! Drew explained everything and gave us 3 different options. Discussed price ahead of time so no surprises when they were finished. Both gentlemen were very polite and courteous. Also, the young lady who initially took my call was very upbeat and helpful. I at first decided to go with your company, due to HER friendliness! She’s an asset to your company!

I would like to talk to someone from customer service. I recently had service completed and the guys were very friendly and did a good job. However, I feel the pricing was way too high. I agreed to it, but after looking up how much these parts cost after the fact and how long it took to complete the work, I feel completely taken advantage of. Not a good feeling to have about a business.

Made an appointment easily. Technician showed up EARLY and did an amazing job.
