Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

Eric Gellenbeck came to my house when my garage door quit working and my car was trapped inside. He found a broken spring and then inspected the rest of my door explaining everything he found. After presenting me with options, cost, etc. I decided to have them replace the door. Eric was very professional, honest and helped me decide the most cost effective way to correct the problem. He never tried to push me in any direction but offered guidance. Eric is fantastic and I am very grateful for him and the time he spent helping me. I will never use another garage door company. Precision is honest, does great work and has fantastic people working for them. They really do care about their customers!

Eric G. was the technician who inspected and repaiedr my garaged door. He arrived early within time designated. He inspected the door, pointed out issues that should be addressed. He fully explained what would be done, why and what parts were necessary. He followed through with work agreed on. The work done was professional and finished within reasonable time. Eric approached his work with complete confidence that he knew what should be done and how it would be accomplish. After work was completed, he explained in a clear and detail. manner. There is no doubt in my mind that I would use him again if there were be any issues regarding my garage door. Thanks for sending me a thoughtful and highly knowledgeable technician.

I had never used Precision before yesterday. I didn't know anything about the company before I placed my call to have someone come and look at my garage door opener. I was given a window of between 4 and 7 PM. Eric, the technician called shortly after 4 and was there within 15 minutes. He assessed the situation, gave me a quote for the work to be done. Eric was polite, engaging and extremely thorough and knowledgable about the work to be done. When he was done, he met my sister and then looked over her door and made the necessary repairs to her door to make it safe and functional. From the phone call to set up the appointment to the time Eric (the awesome technician) left my driveway. Precision was nothing but professional, kind and understanding. I want to also thank Eric's boss for working out a price I could work with in our family's budget. Eric ( the awesome technician) was very understanding and didn't want to leave my family with a broken garage door. Precision hasn't done me wrong yet. Had Eric before. Glad to have him again. He always done a great job. Garage door would not open all the way. He showed me what was going on with the pictures he had taken and it looked crummy. Replacement of the gears, door opener, and keypad on outside. Works better and is very quiet when opening and closing.

One of our springs broke on December 31, so we called Precision to come out and take a look on January 1, 2019. We had such a great experience! They gave us a time window that they would be here and then called when they were on their way. We printed off the free service call coupon off their website, so all we paid for was the broken spring repair and labor. The technician was very courteous and professional. He recommended some overall fixes for preventative maintenance and repaired the spring. Eric, our tech, was super friendly and helpful. We recommend Precision for any repairs and will continue to use them on our upcoming preventative service. Thank you so much!
