Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

When I closed on my house I set up an appt the next day to get a garage door opener estimate. The installer showed up on time gave me an estimate that was in line with what I had researched. He was able to install the opener right then. Being able to check something quickly off the list as a new homeowner was greatly appreciated!

Josh was on time, courteous and it only took him a minute to install my garage door keypad. I had a few questions about the garage door movement and Josh took time to help me understand why and gave me options to make it better. I’m going to schedule another service call and I hope Josh is who does the install. I really appreciate the personal service. I was given a 2 hour timeframe which is almost unheard of these days. And an interesting additional text from the company to share a little bio of Josh.

They programmed all remotes including the car manufacturers buttons. Spent time setting up the wifi app MyQ.

Precision has a very compelling commercial and I especially liked their assurance of how they are handling business during Covid-19. Top notch service. Very efficient scheduling process and they were able to come out same day. My technician was Josh who was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly before offering several options to solve my garage door issues. He was able to make door hardware repairs and install a new garage door opener in a very short amount of time with excellent clean up. He made sure I understood how the new opener functioned and stressed if I had any further questions the answer was a phone call away. I was pleased when I called your company my call was answered immediately by a very congenial young lady. I didn't have to wade through press 1 or 2 for this or that. She immediately worked with me setting up an appointment for service. When you Tech Josh arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us alternatives on how to rectify the situation. My appointment window was from 10 am to noon. The technician was over an hour late. I do understand things happen but a heads up on that would have been good. Josh did call me once he was headed to me. When Josh got to my house I explained the trouble I was having and he quickly figured out the problems with my garage door and how much it would cost to fix it. With my go ahead he got to work on the repair and in what I thought was a really short amount of time he got the repairs done. I would definitely recommend Precision door service.
