Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

Called Saturday morning, and scheduled a repairman out by 2pm. Was there on time. Good so far. Professional, knowledgeable, educating, honest about what was wrong. Fixed the gear and drive shaft of the motor. Did general check and maintenance on both doors. Took about 1.5 hours. Good job. Not too expensive. Under $250.00 with $20 coupon discount.

We desperately needed three garage doors. We visited precision garage company at the home show and was impressed with their product. The guys made it very easy for us to see and learn about their product. Within a few days of initially talking to them at the home show they came to our home to measure. They showed up promptly on scheduled day and time. Once they knew we were completely aware of what we were buying our order was placed. It only took a few weeks for them to have our order ready to install. The installers, nicholas and josh arrived promptly and began working. They worked non-stop on Taking out our old door and replacing the new. They answered every question I asked in a professional manner. They were extremely polite and left no mess at my home. The garage doors are absolutely beautiful and run so quietly I have to look a second time to make sure I actually raised the door. I highly recommend this company to anyone that wants high quality, reasonable priced garage doors and exceptional customer service. There is no pressure to purchase from this company which I truly appreciated.

I could not be happier with the installation of 4 new garage doors and door openers. Josh, the technician, was outstanding in going about the removal of our old doors and the installation of our new ones. Josh made sure that each door was fit with precision ( no pun intended). He helped me set up the internet feature for each opener. His cleanup left the garage cleaner than he found it. I am so pleased that we contracted with Precision Door.

I was very pleased with Precision Doors service and technician Josh. My original issue, or so I thought, was with my garage door opener, but rather it was with the rollers and damaged door. Josh advised replacing the rollers or since my door was damaged and ill fitting to the door frame replacing the door. While replacing the rollers would have been less costly, in the long run replacing the door which was installed with new rollers was the best answer. While I had a small doubt this would fix my garage door opener issue, it is now 4 months later and I have not had a problem since the new door was installed. Josh was very nice, didn't treat me as if I knew nothing about garage doors though I know nothing about them which he clearly knew, and was just an overall pleasant person. I have recommended Precision Door Service and will continue to do so.

A sensor board had burnt out due to power surges and my remote was no longer working. Josh phoned me to say he was on the way, arrived at the promised time, was very knowledgeable and replaced it in a short amount of time. He even offered to pull my car back into the garage for me. I have a steep incline and we had discussed my mobility problems being the reason I needed the garage door opener fixed so quickly. He was very thoughtful! Great service! I was very satisfied with the service tech that came out to fix the garage. His name was Justin and he was very nice and professional. He had to first fix the door springs as two had broken. He made the door work for a period of time while waiting on the new door to come in that I had ordered. The new door was put in on August 31, 2017 and it looks great. Thank you all so much for a great job well done. The only thing I need from your company is a receipt. Please email me a receipt or send me a hard copy in the mail.
