Josh was born and raised in Bagdad, Kentucky and attended school at Eastern Kentucky University where he majored in Landscape Design. Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

Always professional and efficient. We love our new garage doors. We give 5 stars because of how much we like them. We did have an instance where they couldn’t get to our garage door springs to fix for several days but they said it’s not normally like that. They are always our first garage door people to reach out to.

Josh and his assistant arrived when scheduled. Explain the procedure and time frame needed. Installed the new door and removed the old one in fine fashion. I am very pleased with their work and my new garage door. Great job

I was very pleased with Precision Doors service and technician Josh. My original issue, or so I thought, was with my garage door opener, but rather it was with the rollers and damaged door. Josh advised replacing the rollers or since my door was damaged and ill fitting to the door frame replacing the door. While replacing the rollers would have been less costly, in the long run replacing the door which was installed with new rollers was the best answer. While I had a small doubt this would fix my garage door opener issue, it is now 4 months later and I have not had a problem since the new door was installed. Josh was very nice, didn't treat me as if I knew nothing about garage doors though I know nothing about them which he clearly knew, and was just an overall pleasant person. I have recommended Precision Door Service and will continue to do so.

A sensor board had burnt out due to power surges and my remote was no longer working. Josh phoned me to say he was on the way, arrived at the promised time, was very knowledgeable and replaced it in a short amount of time. He even offered to pull my car back into the garage for me. I have a steep incline and we had discussed my mobility problems being the reason I needed the garage door opener fixed so quickly. He was very thoughtful! Great service! I was very satisfied with the service tech that came out to fix the garage. His name was Justin and he was very nice and professional. He had to first fix the door springs as two had broken. He made the door work for a period of time while waiting on the new door to come in that I had ordered. The new door was put in on August 31, 2017 and it looks great. Thank you all so much for a great job well done. The only thing I need from your company is a receipt. Please email me a receipt or send me a hard copy in the mail. Full disclosure: I come from a very technical background and for me, the mechanics of a garage door is well understood. I called for a broken spring, but I knew many other problems l had with my door. The technician, Josh, was very knowledgeable, inspected and caught all the issues. I wasn't testing him but I was very pleased that he was skilled in his trade to make the door right and not just fix and move on. He was not pushing on trying to sell me anything but explained clearly the cause and effect of the issues and let me make the final decision. I will use Precision again.

Thought I would only need the broken garage door springs replaced. Technician took the time to inspect the whole garage door mechanism and showed me where the bearings were worn out and digging into both the pulley and bar. Cost me more money but it was worth it as the door works 100% better. It was a very good experience and would reccommend.
