First of all the response time was incredible. My spring broke late at night and while I didn't need an immediate response they were still out at my house first thing in the morning at 8:00 AM. Kevin Ulery was our technician and he was absolutely fantastic. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism the entire time he was here. Not only did he fix the broken spring but he inspected the rest of the door and diagnosed a few other problems. He was honest about the need for the repair by letting us know that it wasn't an immediate problem but that it would become one sooner rather than later. He also made a few adjustments to the opener to increase the effectiveness and overall life of the door and opener. On top of all that he swept out my entire garage leaving his workspace CLEANER than when he arrived. We are 1000% satisfied with Precision as a company and with Kevin as our technician. We will definitely be calling Precision and requesting Kevin with any future garage door needs.

I must say I was very impressed with Kevin, both as a technician and a delightful person. I felt as though I've known him all my life - that's just the way he makes you feel. Kevin was very thorough and explained things to me and my daughter a few times (especially me!). Ha Ha Ha I truly enjoyed his good nature and friendliness. He knew his stuff that's for sure. You have a great guy working for your company and I hope you realize that. Also I want to thank Joel for helping me out by allowing me to extend my payment until my check has cleared my bank. That was such a wonderful thing to do and I truly appreciate it. Thank you so much. Really good service earlier this week. Our garage door spring had broken and Kevin was the tech who came out to fix it. He is very friendly and well-suited to his job. He looked things over, gave me a few options of what else could be repaired and what could wait, so that I could make the best decision for my budget. He didn't do any hard-sell which is appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the repairs were done! We will use this company and Kevin again in the future when needed.

The Precision service rep, Kevin Ulery,was on time, was very respectful and outlined other possible problems beyond the initial reason for the service call the that might occur within the next three to five years and the related cost if I wanted to consider a repair today. He blew out any leaves and loose dirt from my garage before leaving and also programmed my garage door opener into my car. I would be most happy to recommend Precision, and Kevin in particular, to family, friends and neighbors.

Kevin conducted warranty work for a broken spring. The lifetime warranty we received 10 years ago was honored without hesitation! Kevin called ahead and arrived at the beginning of the 2 hour window we were given. As he conducted his work Kevin explained exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. Upon completion Kevin made sure he had not dropped anything and made sure the area was clean. Our garage door is back in operation and working perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision and Kevin especially. Kevin was very friendly and informative and a true professional in every way. My rating for Precision and Kevin is 6 Stars as they totally exceeded expectations!!!!! I will always call Precision for any garage door work!!!

This was a great experience from start to finish. I called in the morning and the operator told me he would send out Kevin between 12 and 3. Sure enough, at 12:30 Kevin called and arrived shortly thereafter. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful or courteous technician. He inspected the door and the motor and confirmed my opinion that it needed to be replaced. He also showed me wear on my door mechanics that could potentially be a problem. We discussed a number of options and once I had decided what I wanted, he went right to work. When he finished, he not only went over the work and made sure I understood each part that was replaced and how it functioned, but he even swept the garage clean of the leaves that had blown in! I was very happy with his professionalism and his obvious attention to detail.

The technicians were polite and upbeat. I appreciated the prompt service I received since I was unable to exit my garage because door would not operate correctly. I do feel that Precision prices were inflated. My two neighbors entire garage rebuild, (including a new door and a new key pad and opener) which I did not receive was only a 100.00 more than I paid. But, in an emergency I had to go with the inflated costs of material.
