When he is not fixing garage doors, he enjoys time with his wife and three daughters on their small farm. I'm completely satisfied with the work and information provided by Mike today. I suspected a fatal flaw in my current door opener. Mike's thorough inspection revealed a key component that was worn beyond repair. Mike fielded my many questions as we discussed several new door opener options. After which, I was able to make a confident choice of opener and he installed the new opener promptly and methodically. This is my first time using "Precision". They couldn't have a better guy than Mike representing their brand. 5 STAR

Mike more than met my expectations. He arrived to reprogram my car remote which he did. While here he noticed that my cables were rusting, and my garage door was not sealing at the floor. He offered to provide a quote and within an hour the repairs were finished. I am a 'happy camper'.

Mike was great, arrived when he said he would, did a thorough inspection of the door, opener, and all the parts, then made the repair quickly. I also appreciated the fact that while our door and opener were older, he was very honest to let me know that everything was still in pretty good shape and didn't try to sell us anything else. He also took the extra step and time to ensure the floor was clean and there was nothing left behind that could be dangerous to feet or tires.

We were scheduled for service between 2 and 4. Someone from the office called to inform us that it would be between 4 and 5. Happy for the call. Mike then called when he was on his way. Great service from Mike. Appreciated being able to use coupon for service call. The other coupons for rollers and springs were for cheaper ones but not for the nicer, better, longer lasting ones. Should be able to use coupon for either. That was disappointing.

I have used Prescision for maintenance and repairs for the last few years. Our garage door opener was nearing the end of it's life and I knew that going in to the appointment today.
