I called Precision Garage Door with an issue that made it dangerous to open my garage door. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and told me she could send a technician that day. Technician Mike F. arrived at my house within an hour. Mike analyzed the problem and put a plan together to address it. He thoroughly explained the required repairs. It was obvious Mike is a very experienced technician. He solved the problem. Mike was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He is an outstanding representative of Precision Garage Door. I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service before and have come to expect excellence from them. Today was no exception when I call them today to perform a routine service. Mike was sent out to perform the task. He was clean cut and courteous. Mike explained to me what he was going to do and began performing the task. He found 3 problems with my door and explained what it would take to repair them. I picked one and he immediately set out to repair the door. Mike said to keep watch over the other 2 items and if they got worse, to call Precision. He was very professional, knowledgeable and performed all task in a timely manner. It is very refreshing that a company sends out technicians who are proficient and care about the customer and the quality of work they perform. This form doesn't allow noting all the repairs. The system is old so repairs were a bit more costly than I anticipated, but necessary. A new spring, door support piece, new rollers and a new remote were all replaced so the door is more stable and moves smoothly and quietly. The technician was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all the questions I had. I'm sure I slowed him down but he was very kind and polite about all my interruptions.

I had 2 broken springs and called Precision last night around 10pm and was surprised to talk with a live representative. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day, today between 2-5pm and I received a call today 1:13pm informing me he was early and if it was ok to head my way… Michael showed up within 15 minutes and he was very thorough at explaining the problem and pointed out potentially other issues besides the springs..I am very please with the work and would recommend Precision and Michael in the future! Mike arrived on time and got right to work. We knew the spring was broken, but when he removed the spring he also found some bearings that need to be fixed. Once the diagnosis was made and the estimate approved, he was able to complete the repair quickly. He didn't leave any empty parts packaging around and put everything back that he had moved. Our door works smoothly and easily. We are very happy with the repair.
