I had a garage door opener I left at my former home that Precision had installed and had to have Precision install the same one at my new home. The technician (Andrew) who installed my new garage door opener was very professional and efficient. I was impressed with the quality of his work. The new opener works great and looks so much better than the old one!

I have had issues with sensor alignment on my garage door opener for a number of years and have had several companies out to readjust the sensors. Precision sent out Jeremy who diagnosed the problem and offered a permanent solution to this issue. The problem was quickly and professionally resolved at a fair price and I could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend Jeremy if you are having garage door or opener problems.

Andrew gave me quick and expert service. He did not try to up sell me on anything, and as a result I felt more comfortable about going with a nicer insulated door. For now he gave me a "loaner spring" to get my garage door working (the original spring was broken) while I waited for the new door, and new spring/component replacement orders.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Andrew. He was pleasant, professional and did his best to explain everything. I spent about double what I had planned on but he made me realize I needed much more than I thought. In addition to the new opener, I also had the one spring replaced with two.
