I have had issues with sensor alignment on my garage door opener for a number of years and have had several companies out to readjust the sensors. Precision sent out Jeremy who diagnosed the problem and offered a permanent solution to this issue. The problem was quickly and professionally resolved at a fair price and I could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend Jeremy if you are having garage door or opener problems.

I have used your services at least three times in the past 5 or 6 years. Each time I was very pleased with your service folks. They were all great, and came to help me not just to sell me something. I also feel your pricing is resonable, but suggest the service fee be waived. This of course would not happen until services were actually provided that met a predetermined minimum amount. I will use in the future, and recomend you to others.

Andrew gave me quick and expert service. He did not try to up sell me on anything, and as a result I felt more comfortable about going with a nicer insulated door. For now he gave me a "loaner spring" to get my garage door working (the original spring was broken) while I waited for the new door, and new spring/component replacement orders.
