The website was a great factor in my decision-making. I would give the service five stars. The response was immediate. The telephone contact was very pleasant and efficient. The technician explained the problem very clearly and performed the service expeditiously. He showed me that the springs were no longer functioning and why and he replaced the entire package. He was pleasant, courteous and efficient.
