Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

Garage door making sounds haven't heard before. Eric from precision doors was prompt found issues with door mechanisms and replaced several items that were ready to fail. Joel was very cheerful on a frigid January morning! He clearly described what was likely needed with our door repair and gave me options with estimates. I felt confident that he would do what I asked and respected the option that I chose. The door was repaired and it worked out better than expected! He also offered to check the other two doors to see that they were working well and gave us recommendations for things he felt should be addressed in the near future.

Technician Eric G. responded to my call to repair my Garage Door Opener. Upon arrival Eric tested the operation of my GDO and isolated the primary problem. He explained the cause of the malfunction and showed me the defective part(s). Next, Eric answered several of my questions regarding various components of the GDO operating system. Ultimately, due to the age of the system I elected to replace each of the major components springs, rollers, belt drive GDO, remotes and key pad. Eric is a professional, he had the necessary components, tools and skills to completely update my system, he pays attention to detail and removed all of the old equipment and packaging and left the work area clean. Eric prepared the billing and we concluded our business. Before leaving he made sure that I knew how to reach Precision should I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Precision and Eric G.

We had a very old neglected garage door opener repaired. The technician did a great job. He agreed that the door itself was in good shape and outlined our options to repair the opener. He took time to answer all of my questions. He was polite, on time, and competent. The repairs were done in a few hours and work wonderfully. We are extremely pleased and would recommend Precision. I choose Precision due to other good reviews.

Eric and Austin did an amazing job on our garage. Mr. Eric Gellenbeck arrived early and inspected all of our Raynor garage doors, a total of 4 doors, and explained the ones on the house were in need of extensive repair! He explained our various options and pricing. Since they were installed in 1987, he advised us he could do the complete overhauj today! Eric was very professional, hard working and explained the steps he was taking. He completed the complete job and reprogramed the remotes in two cars.in about 3 hours! Eric is the best engineer we have ever had !!!
