Josh relocated to Indianapolis, and began his garage door career over 9 years ago. In his spare time he enjoys racing ATVs cross country, hunting almost anything, and spending time with his family and friends at home and on the farm.

I was pleased when I called your company my call was answered immediately by a very congenial young lady. I didn't have to wade through press 1 or 2 for this or that. She immediately worked with me setting up an appointment for service. When you Tech Josh arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and gave us alternatives on how to rectify the situation. Took much needed time to explain to myself and wife what had gone wrong. Gave us several choices on various units and with costs that suited our budget. Left the decision up to us not any high pressure selling. You need to clone this young man. Outstanding representative of your Company.

My appointment window was from 10 am to noon. The technician was over an hour late. I do understand things happen but a heads up on that would have been good. Josh did call me once he was headed to me. When Josh got to my house I explained the trouble I was having and he quickly figured out the problems with my garage door and how much it would cost to fix it. With my go ahead he got to work on the repair and in what I thought was a really short amount of time he got the repairs done. I would definitely recommend Precision door service.

My door was just as noisy when your tech left as was before he arrived. After having another overhead door tech look at our door it was determined that the chain rail had an upward bow in to. After straightening the chain rail the door was quiet again. You need to better train your techs on actual repairs instead of selling a bunch of unneeded parts.

Gary, I'm very sorry we missed the root cause of the issue. I was not there so I cannot speak to the cause. I have not come across a Operator with an upward bent rail so I can see where the tech may have missed and instead assumed it was just the age of the operator and the fact it was a chain which are typically louder. Josh Brewer was very professional, helpful and explained everything thoroughly that needed to be done to my garage door and door opener. I chose Precision due to your excellent ratings on Angie's List. My garage door was a little lopsided and not operating smoothly, and needed a new weather seal. Service technician Josh Brewer arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem: many of the parts (rollers, pulleys, etc.) were old and worn. Because the old springs no longer comply with code, he needed to retrofit a lot of materials. He gave me a choice of 3 alternatives, and I selected the moderately expensive one. He had the materials on his truck and installed them efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. Very good communication; very professional. The door works good as new now.

I understood what he said needed to be done and I think he was looking out for my best interest in regard to my garage door. I believe it was time for major repairs. Yes, I believe he did a good job. He’ll be back next week to finish the job. Communication from your office was excellent. I found you in the Yellow Pages and it said the service call would be free. I can only trust that your prices are fair and that you wouldn’t take advantage of your customers. And, if that’s the case, I would certainly recommend your services.

The initial service was great fast friendly. They gave great options for my service and honest prices, the service technician was great . But it’s going to take 17 Days! to get my new door put in, I was told at repair a week to 10days tops If I would have known that I would’ve used someone else , very disappointed
