We were impressed with the knowledge of repairs vs new products that Kevin had along with his ability to give its the most "bang for our buck" with our decision to replace our old equipment (track system opener) and bring our older garage door up to standards for it's weight and size. He and his apprentice were pleasant to have around for the entire afternoon of repair and installation. We felt that he had our best interests in mind. Service date: 5/26/23

Kevin was awesome! We had a minor issue with the door and I called in a panic, as we couldn't get the door down manually, nor would it reconnect after the power outage. He arrived quickly, and in a few minutes, he discovered and solved the problem. While here, he checked the doors and got us back in business. My experience with Precision Garage company was exceptional. My new garage door was installed in a timely manner.
