Our technician was very professional under unusual circumstances in the area. A neighbor committed suicide and there were many police and other personnel around. After things calmed down a little, he continued his work and completed it in the time frame he told us.

Mike was great!!! He replaced springs and rollers on our wooden garage door. The work was done in a timely fashion and we appreciated being quoted a price after his assessment, but before starting the job. We were given multiple repair options. Called around 8:00am on a Sunday. Mike F. Showed up early and gave my door a complete inspection that resulted in some unknowns by me. He was extremely thorough and offered me several alternatives before beginning repairs. Mike was concerned with my satisfaction throughout the entire process. Mike was on his way by 11:00am. I may be lucky here, but even so, to be entirely completed in a 3 hour window is extraordinary. Mike can provide a worry free experience to your complete satisfaction. I have been a customer of your company for so long that I honestly don’t remember how I found out about you, but it had to be through some type of advertising because I needed you in an emergency situation. I was very impressed with the young man Mike who was my technician today. He introduced himself to me when I answered the door and when we looked at the garage door he seemed very knowledgeable and answered a few of my questions. He went about his job explaining to me what he was doing and why and what my door needed. He finished the job and then checked the door thoroughly to make sure everything was fixed. I called Precision Garage Door with an issue that made it dangerous to open my garage door. The lady who answered the phone was very courteous and told me she could send a technician that day. I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service before and have come to expect excellence from them. Today was no exception when I call them today to perform a routine service. Mike was sent out to perform the task. He was clean cut and courteous. Mike explained to me what he was going to do and began performing the task. He found 3 problems with my door and explained what it would take to repair them. I picked one and he immediately set out to repair the door. Mike said to keep watch over the other 2 items and if they got worse, to call Precision. He was very professional, knowledgeable and performed all task in a timely manner. It is very refreshing that a company sends out technicians who are proficient and care about the customer and the quality of work they perform.
