I chose Precision because of the excellent web page and it is a BBB accredited business. I called the service desk at 12 noon and they said that they would have someone at my house between 3 and 5. At 3 they were there. The service tech was very nice and knowledgeable. I have installed garage doors with all of the attachments before (it is not easy) and to fix a broken spring would have taken me 1 to 2 days. They were there for less than 2 hours and did an excellent job, so I gave them + 5 stars. Will use them again and highly recommend them.

Nick and Kevin were awesome. Showed up on time. Very presentable and communicative. After showing them the door and what had broken, they very quickly diagnosed all the issues and explained every step along the way. Very professional and knowledgeable. Nick Zatkoff was great. He showed up during the time frame that the office told me. Nick inspected our garage door and how it was operating. Advised me on what he recommended be done. He showed me the options and discussed the benefits. After we decided what was to be done, he got right to work. He installed new springs, drums, cables, rollers and keypad He was very professional and quick with the repairs. He even remounted the door opener to be more secure. Thanks again.

Rocky start because I did not see what I considered a “diagnostics” on my issue. Made a call and talked to manager who was tolerant in my concern and conversation. After getting the communication back on track, I am extremely please with getting my new garage door opener installed. I will continue referring Precision now and in the future. Great work Nick!

They checked in with me at every step they found something I needed to be aware of and ask my permission before performing any work. Explain to me what it was and what I needed. After hearing a loud bang, and realizing my tension spring broke, I called Precision and set up a same day appointment. Our garage door was serviced and repair by Nick and he was extremely professional and helpful! He took the time to show me other issues in the door that may cause an issue further down the line and made the repairs. The garage door is a lot quieter and he even helped me program my existing keypad. I would definitely recommend Precision to any and everyone!

Nick did a great job, professional and knows his stuff. Did not waste my time, got to it and was done when he said he would be. I really didn't want to spend the money on just a new set of springs, pulleys, rod and cables, but I knew the one that Garage Doors of Indy had installed 10 years ago, was a cheap model and had to be replaced. He also showed me what needed to be done now and what could wait which was nice to hear but we took care of it all at once for the great warranty Precision offers. Greet company to deal with! Quick to get out for garage door repair, and the guys called when they were 15 minutes away from our place. We had come out on 9/1/17 to fix garage door. It was very loud and rattled. Couldn’t find a god phone # to get them back so called Precision (had heard of them before).
