My experience with Precision is has been perfect so far. From the time I called and spoke to a real person to set up a same day appointment all the way to my technician Andrew immediately setting me at ease with his professionalism and calm demeanor. He was very knowledgeable and gave me several options without emphasizing any of them. I truly felt in control of my service and repair. He went above and beyond today by making sure my door was safe to use before he left. I'm so glad I called Precision and not any other company.

My experience with Precision was nothing less than exceptional. The tech, Andrew, arrived on time and even gave a courtesy call to let me know that he was on the way. Upon arrival, Andrew was professional, friendly and fast. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions as he completed my repair. The service was done well, but the price seems expensive. Also your warranty policy seems like a way to lock people in to using your service only so you can charge what ever you feel like. Also the $80 service call fee is also too expensive. But I am glad that you reduce it for follow up work by $20 when the sticker is on the door.

Scheduling was easy and fast. The technician was polite, professional, fast, and explained all of our options thoroughly and honestly. Troy,the tech that came to my house, was a super nice person and his quality of work was great. He made his job look super easy and he explain everything to me. He show me the other problems that I had and what it was doing, so I had him replace the springs, rollers, and some other thing. I feel he was very honest and professional. My wife and I was very pleased with him and his work. He was not forceful to sell these things, he just explained what was going on and made it easy for us to decide what to do. My wife and I were talking to each other and if anything goes wrong with our garage door we will request Troy to be the service man to come out. Thank you Troy and Precision Doors. We will tell anyone that needs a garage door about you guys.
