Technician Andrew gave me a heads up that he was on his way, and when he arrived he gave my garage door an inspection and his recommendations for what was to be repaired. I agreed and he got the springs and cables installed and the garage door going in under an hour. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I literally grabbed the tech as he was working on our neighbors garage and had him come over and give me a quote for a new garage door opener. After inspecting the tech said I needed new springs and replacement wheels for the track. I said great when can you do it! And he said right now if you wish! A couple of hours later and he was finished. This is an amazing opener and the door is so quiet now it's unbelievable. Precision has a great reputation and I know the price was fair. The tech was so polite and professional it was nice to deal with someone who really knew what they were doing. What a great experience!

My garage door had issues with automatically opening and closing consistently. I found Precision on Angie's List. I chose this company because it advertised competent service and fully stocked vans. Also, the $40 coupon was inviting. Brittany was very helpful with scheduling. The service tech, Andrew S., was on time and personable. He listened patiently to my explanation of the issue. After a thorough check up, he described all the issues. Since the door was installed when house was built in 2006, several parts were starting to show wear. He offered a price quote for each item. A new motor was imperative and I decided to be proactive and replace everything suggested. Andrew was efficient and skilled. He performed the repair in less time than estimated. I was very satisfied Andrew's service. He exceeded my expectations! It's so nice to have a functioning, QUIET garage door. Thank you!!

After hearing a thunderous crash Saturday night apparently eminating from my laundry room and not being able to find anything in the house that caused such a noise I went to bed and never left the house the next day, About 10 AM on Monday morning I found the cause of the noise as the garage door would only open about 2 feet - the torsion spring had broken. Went immediately to Google search and found Precision at the top of the list. A call to them got me an appointment for 11-1 PM and by 1 something everything was fixed and I was free. Opted for complete overhaul and got great fast service - had almost all movable parts replaced (rollers, bearings, cable drums, cables and shaft). Now operates like a new door after about 25 years of previous use. Thanks.

Called for service on my garage door and could have been scheduled that day, but the next day worked better for me. Andrew came right on time and was very professional and friendly. All options were explained clearly, what would be done and costs. Then he installed a new opener in about an hour and it works great. He did a super job and explained everything to me clearly. I've never had to have this done before, about $600 seems a bit expensive, but I feel like I paid for top quality service and product. A 5 star rating on service for sure.

I called Precision in the morning and was told that I could have a new garage door opener installed on the same day and within three hours for a very affordable price! When the technician arrived, he walked me through step-by-step instructions on what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He dismantled the old opener, did an inspection, and gave me a couple of different options from which to choose. All new materials were used, and was finished within an hour. Come to find out...I knew the technician, Andrew Sroka! Can’t tell you how great that was! I would definitely choose Precision in the future, and I would ask for Andrew!

I thought my husband would want this fixed right away and not have to fix it himself. Andrew and Ryan were ready to fix my problem right away and were honest and upfront about their cost. However my husband decided to fix/ replace the motor and rollers himself because he said it would be cheaper. However should we decided to later change the doors we will call your company again! We were very happy with the work done by Andrew of Precision Doors. This is the second time he has done repairs for us — the first time the garage door needed repairs, and this time we needed a new garage door opener. Both times he did a clean, high-quality job, leaving the garage door and opener in better shape than when the house was new. We were particularly pleased that Andrew made some changes to the supports of the garage door opener so the new one is much more firmly attached than the original one that came with the house.
