Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

We chose Precision because we have used you the past few years. And most importantly, because you said you could have the door installed the next day. But we were informed on the day of install that you couldn’t get it installed for 5 more days! We would have contacted someone else because we were going out of town for the weekend. But we were assured that the door would be installed the next day.

Precision was able to come out a few hours after calling them. Andrew was very professional and courteous. He spent the time to educate me on different parts (torsion spring & bearings) of the door that needed to be replaced as well as what to keep an eye on in the future. We were very pleased with the service & fair price we were given with Precision. Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Even my husband was impressed! We called for a broken spring, and also had our rollers replaced. We would highly recommend Precision & will use them again if needed. My ONLY concern/advise was please call them directly rather than contact online. We had a bit of a hiccup and ended up calling a couple days later & therefore got serviced right away.

He was thorough in his explanation of how one could be installed but would need some additional adjustments with regard to the track not being in place. I had an issue with my door where there was a large gap on one end when the door was closed. I called early in the afternoon, and a technician was able to come the same day. They replaced the cable on that side, and it was covered under warranty. I purchased the door from them in 1997. They also replaced the seal, and the repair took less than one hour. The technician was very personable and professional. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new door or door service.

$80 tune up but no info on what was completed. Was given a quote for future work but never saw on my invoice per my request. Next day get a coupon in the mail for an extensive tuneup explaining what it entails and roller repaits for $99. I was quoted as needing new rollers. Why was i not offered this? Saw several other companies with tune ups for $10-20 less and more explanation. All my invoice stated was service charge and fuel charge. Feel like I was taken advantage of and have called to express my concern but still waiting to talk to the main office.

The reason is coupons cost $$$ to get distributed and the offers are there to entice new customers to use our company. The offset in the loss is having the opportunity to have another long term customer. We were very happy with the work done by Andrew of Precision Doors. This is the second time he has done repairs for us — the first time the garage door needed repairs, and this time we needed a new garage door opener. Both times he did a clean, high-quality job, leaving the garage door and opener in better shape than when the house was new. We were particularly pleased that Andrew made some changes to the supports of the garage door opener so the new one is much more firmly attached than the original one that came with the house. We would not hesitate to refer Precision Doors to our friends and family.
