Eric was born in Lafayette, IN, and has lived in Fishers for the last 25 years. He has a business management degree from Ball State University. He has been married for almost 25 years and has two daughters. Eric is quite the outdoorsman and adventurist, he is an Eagle Scout, and a licensed sport pilot. He enjoys camping and boating with his family, and when he's not working hard at Precision Door he coaches his daughters sports teams, and plays adult league soccer. Eric enjoys traveling and only has two states left to visit Hawaii, and Alaska to have been to all 50.

Eric and Austin did an amazing job on our garage. We were shocked to learn what we thought was a small problem turned out to be a bigger problem, regarding more labor, but the way that Eric explained everything in detail and gave us options on what to fix was great customer service. They both worked diligently for over 3 hours to get the job done. Professional, friendly, hard-working men, we were grateful for their help.

Eric did a great job informing me of the door and spring system installed in our home. We discussed replacement options and were comfortable with our choice after discussing it with him. Installation was very fast. Door works better than new. The original spring system was inadequate for our door.

Mr. Eric Gellenbeck arrived early and inspected all of our Raynor garage doors, a total of 4 doors, and explained the ones on the house were in need of extensive repair! He explained our various options and pricing. Since they were installed in 1987, he advised us he could do the complete overhauj today! Eric was very professional, hard working and explained the steps he was taking. He completed the complete job and reprogramed the remotes in two cars.in about 3 hours! Eric is the best engineer we have ever had !!!

We just had a "complete garage door overhaul" (springs bearings, rollers, floor seal) after years of neglect. Eric performed beyond expectation, he was quick and had the whole thing disassembled and parts replaced in just about 2 hours. While he was there he diagnosed a fault with the way the garage door opener had been installed (a DIY job) and he corrected the problem with the weight distribution/load I created when I hung the track ... The door is now 85% quieter and is perfect in almost every way. If you call for service as for Eric and expect exceptional service.

I've been using Precision Door for several years not only for my home but I use them for my company needs too. The service was excellent, from the initial call to the repair. The phone call could not have been more empathetic and kind. We have always used Precision for our garage door repair. We get very good service. We just called them for a problem and they came out when scheduled, the Teck I believe his name was Eric looked at the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. He said have a good and left. I asked what the charge was and he said it was just a lose wire in my opener. I will always call Precision they are polite and get the job done right.
