Mr. Nick Z was my service technician. He was very professional and very personal. He called before arrival and he arrived within the timeline given. He was very respectful, pleasant and helpful. He inquired about my issue, he listened and offered options. The repair was done quickly, he performed other courtesy checks and maintenance, and informed me of discount coupons. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Nick called 15 minutes ahead, was on time & well within the scheduled time window. He was courteous, professional, informative and personable! I also believe the Reach coupon I used was a great value, as well. My garage door has never operated so smoothly & quietly, in the summer, in years! I highly recommend Nick & Precision Door!
