He arrived early in the given appointment time and involved my very interested 12 yr old through the entire process of inpesction and installation. I tried backing out before the door was completely raised and really jammed up the works. Mike F spent considerable time getting the door raised so I could get my car out and giving me some limited use until the door can be replaced. Very amiable and professional.

On 10/10/2021, I called Precision Garage Door Service because our garage door would not open or close. The customer service representative was very helpful and made me feel as if my situation was very important to her. I made an appointment for Monday, 10/11/2021 between 8am and 11am. Eli, service technician called me at 8:35 am to advise me that, he was on his way. Eli was very professional and very attentive to everything, I told him regarding the problem with our garage door. He presented me an estimate sheet with 3 different option, but all of them were much higher than what I expected. I explained to Eli that, we would need to wait for the repairs to the garage door because, we were not in a position to pay such high amount right now. He looked for other options and between him and his boss, they gave me a better price. Eli made sure that all of his work was done to perfection and after he was done with the repairs, the garage door was working like new. I was very impressed with his work and his friendliness and professionalism. Of course, I would recommend Precision Garage Door Services to anyone very highly, since, I had such a nice experience. Thank you Eli and Precision Garage Door Service, you make a difference in this world!!!!

Had a major incident with our garage door around midnight. Precision Door Service dispatched someone very quickly that too on a Saturday. Ryan, the technician, was a polite, extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and helpful professional. After an exhaustive diagnosis... he spent quality time explaining our door issues. He gave a variety of options. His honesty and feel for people were reflected in the way he talked. Because of his professionalism & honesty - we ended up choosing the 10-yr plan. Eli was great to work with! Eli asked if I wanted an overview or detailed info, rather than assuming. I like to know how things work, and he seemed happy to educate me! He replaced the springs and rollers and inspected and adjusted everything else. Eli was thorough and friendly. I will definitely recommend Precision!
