I could not have been more impressed with service technician Brock Dickinson. I had a spring replaced by a competitor in January and Brock pointed out why the work was not done correctly, leading to my current problem in October. Called around 8:00am on a Sunday. Mike F. Showed up early and gave my door a complete inspection that resulted in some unknowns by me. He was extremely thorough and offered me several alternatives before beginning repairs. Mike was concerned with my satisfaction throughout the entire process. Mike was on his way by 11:00am. Precision basically rebuilt the door. My panels were good and track was good. The technician, Ben H. inspected the door and made recommendations of kind like good, better, best scenario's. He gave me the three prices and I choice the best. He installed the best garage door opener with a outside keypad, the best torsion springs, new torsion spring shaft, new cables, new cable drums, new electronic eyes, stronger bracket at door for new operator to connect to, lubricated all hinges, installed all new rollers. When he raised and lowered I was shocked how quiet it was. Material and labor was $3303.00, expensive for sure, but worth every dime.

Eli did a great job of explaining options to me to choose the best route to replace my garage door opener. He completed the job in more than a reasonable amount of time (all by himself!). He happily did the extra work to replace the rubber seal on the door as well. He was very professional in his appearance and attitude. No one is happy when it comes time to have to pay for a repair, but this was long overdue and I appreciated how easy the process was!

Hello, I called on a Saturday to get my garage door fixed. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and schedules someone to come out that afternoon. I was so pleased! Austin arrived after he called to say he was on his way. He was very friendly, helpful, informative and personable and knowledgeable. He fixed my door and told me of some other things that would need repair now or later. No pressure from him at all, just helpful ideas. I would highly recommend this company.
