I must say I was very impressed with Kevin, both as a technician and a delightful person. I felt as though I've known him all my life - that's just the way he makes you feel. Kevin was very thorough and explained things to me and my daughter a few times (especially me!). Ha Ha Ha I truly enjoyed his good nature and friendliness. He knew his stuff that's for sure. You have a great guy working for your company and I hope you realize that. Also I want to thank Joel for helping me out by allowing me to extend my payment until my check has cleared my bank. That was such a wonderful thing to do and I truly appreciate it. Thank you so much. Thanks again to Kevin, as well, for being such a delight and what a superb job he did for me with my garage door problems.

Andrew was great. He gave our garage door a great inspection. Told me what was most important to fix and what could wait. Gave several options to fit our budget. Completed work quickly and the door works like new. Total time to diagnose and repair our problem was about 1 1/2 hours. Will definitely recommend Precision Door to family and friends.

He laid out different options of the different tiers of products and provided quotes for additional services that may be of concern eventually without being pushy at all to accomplish them now. I had multiple issues with the garage doors. Frank, the Service Tech was polite, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. The 20 year old doors needed rollers, springs, and several hinges. Frank also installed new openers as parts for the old system were near-impossible to find.

I used Precision Doors because i had an Angie's List coupon. I have not had a favorable experience with other companies. As it turned out I need new installations which I suspected would need to happen. My technician Mike was outstanding. He was very professional in appearance and action.He was thorough and explained everything to me. I will have the installation later after the door comes in. I will use Precision Doors for any future needs.

Chose Precision because of advertising online and that they serviced Martinsville. also because of reviews. Mike did an excellent job--quick and our garage door was just like new.
