mike came on time and called in advance. gave my garage door a 25 point tune up for 99.00 with new ball bearing rollers. im a sen ior citizen on fixed income. and a retired vet. mike showed me where my door could need service in the future. i have to see how money goes after i get my air conditioning serviced. garage door works great--very quiet with new rollers. will call you again when service is needed.

Really good service earlier this week. Our garage door spring had broken and Kevin was the tech who came out to fix it. He is very friendly and well-suited to his job. He looked things over, gave me a few options of what else could be repaired and what could wait, so that I could make the best decision for my budget. He didn't do any hard-sell which is appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the repairs were done! We will use this company and Kevin again in the future when needed.

We chose Precision because of an Angie's List promotion in Nextdoor Neighbor. I was attracted to the quiet rollers as noise is our only problem. Mike showed up on time with plenty of notice before arrival, asked what our issue was and proceeded to install the new rollers and inspect the system. We are happy with the performance of the rollers. Mike was informative and friendly, got the work done quickly and was gone in 45 minutes. I had no "hard sell" to deal with. We are more than satisfied with Mike and Precision.

I contacted Precision because my garage door would not close and the cable to lift the door had completely broken off the unit. The staff was very professional and explained the process thoroughly when scheduling my appointment. They were very accommodating working around my schedule. My technician was Tyler Galloway. Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problem was and gave me several options on fixing the problem. He was very professional, respectful and efficient and was timely with repair, contacting me when he was on his way. I would recommend Precision and technician Tyler Galloway to anyone who needs garage door repair.
