I want to let you know that Josh Brewer, Lead Technician did a great job explaining to me what the issue was with my garage door. Josh was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. 5 STARS for Josh and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Sending an email with a short biography of the technician and having the technician call prior to coming made me comfortable as a customer. Again, many thanks to Josh and the exceptional job he did. Ryan was very professional and informative. We really appreciated the quick service call and the job he did for us. Our door completely broke apart this morning. Ryan was able to get it so we could get our car out. He then got the door down and secured it. We ordered a new door and opener and he helped us with everything. We were so pleased.

After 10 inches of ice & snowfall, my garage door cable broke when attempting to open it. I called Precision and Josh B was here in about 2 hours. He did a thorough analysis of the door and made several recommendations. My garage door is nearly 20 years old and Josh did a great job of keeping what parts were still in good working order. He offered cost conscious solutions and explained the value of each available option. The work was completed same day and my repaired garage door works great for a fair price with superb service.

Mike arrived on time and got right to work. We knew the spring was broken, but when he removed the spring he also found some bearings that need to be fixed. Once the diagnosis was made and the estimate approved, he was able to complete the repair quickly. He didn't leave any empty parts packaging around and put everything back that he had moved. Our door works smoothly and easily. We are very happy with the repair.

Prior to arrival, the office advised when the technician would be arriving and he then called to confirm he was on his way. On arrival Drew assessed the work to be done (repair broken spring) and provided a cost estimate for approval. In addition to the repair, he reset the motor to take into account the new spring tension and lubricated the bearing etc. All in all an excellent service from start to finish.
