I have had issues with sensor alignment on my garage door opener for a number of years and have had several companies out to readjust the sensors. Precision sent out Jeremy who diagnosed the problem and offered a permanent solution to this issue. The problem was quickly and professionally resolved at a fair price and I could not be happier with the result. I highly recommend Jeremy if you are having garage door or opener problems.

I have used your services at least three times in the past 5 or 6 years. Each time I was very pleased with your service folks. They were all great, and came to help me not just to sell me something. I also feel your pricing is resonable, but suggest the service fee be waived. This of course would not happen until services were actually provided that met a predetermined minimum amount. I will use in the future, and recomend you to others.

Andrew gave me quick and expert service. He did not try to up sell me on anything, and as a result I felt more comfortable about going with a nicer insulated door. For now he gave me a "loaner spring" to get my garage door working (the original spring was broken) while I waited for the new door, and new spring/component replacement orders.

I spent about double what I had planned on but he made me realize I needed much more than I thought. In addition to the new opener, I also had the one spring replaced with two.

Technician arrived on time int he window suggested. Explained his steps and got right to work. He finished quickly, pointed out some concerns and options for my consideration. He also double checked with me before doing some extra work I asked him to do replacing a battery back-up. I appreciated the quickness, throuroughness, and the results. Within two hours of calling the office, Jeremy was at our home to fix the problem with our garage door not opening and closing. Eric was quite the professional. He phoned 10 or so minutes before arriving, and when he did arrive he presented himself very well. He was careful to inform me that as soon as the problem was diagnosed he would conference with me and explain my options and the prices. We had a new door opener and keypad installed. Afterward Eric called me out to the garage and operated everything in my presence, explaining as he went along. All in all I am very pleased with Eric's professionalism. As far as I am concerned he sets the standard for what I like to see in repair professionals.
