I originally purchased the Angie's List deal because my garage door was bouncing back up when trying to close it. Upon investigation, my door needed rollers and cables as well. Because the door was old and had not had maintenance, we decided to replace all the hardware which also included drums and springs and bearings. The work was done in a timely manner. The technician was very knowledgeable, explained everything that was going to happen and answered all my questions. I would use this company again.

3 years ago we moved in this house and one of the things that was bad was the moving parts on the garage door. I called Precision based off advertisement and the service received was prompt and excellent, so no reason for me to call another company. Today's service was excellent. Precision came to replace the back-up garage door battery which had gone bad. While here, they did a great job of fixing it and oiling everything, making it run smoother. They also showed me how to use the keypad so I can come and go without having to take the garage door opener with me on my walks. Top-notch job!
