Your online reviews convinced me that I should call and I am so happy I did. Your appointment operator was very professional and worked with me to arrange an evening appointment that worked with my schedule. Mike called me in advance to give me and ETA; and showed up as promised. He looked at my door opener explained what he thought was the problem. He walked me through options, never once putting any pressure on me to buy anything. As it worked out I had him install a new opener, a key pad, and new door spring. He had everything on the truck which ensured I didn't have to make another appointment. Mike was so professional and personable; I trusted him and his work. I am very happy with my new products and thankful I called.

Your operator was very professional when I called (8:00am 4/3). She was able to get me in same day. My technician was Mike. He was o time, completely professional and very personable. He made me comfortable, kept me informed and explained things clearly. He was courteous and considerate, helped me through the decision making process. He completed the job & cleaned up the area. I'm very pleased! Mike was an excellent service provider.

I called for a garage door repair and was scheduled for that afternoon. Jeff called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled as he had finished ahead of time at his previous appointment. This was GREATLY appreciated. He arrived, made his "diagnosis", and proceeded to repair the door...explaining everything he was doing and why. Again, GREATLY appreciated. He went above and beyond all that was required and I will call requesting him, if and when I have any further problems with my garage door.

-pleased with response time (after 5pm response was very good and no additional service charges were added!) -service tech Mike was friendly and respectful. He made sure I was aware of options and pricing and answered questions. -while the repairs were very expensive they were understandable. The garage door and components were nearly 20 years old (worn and broken) and needed a complete overhaul. -repair time was efficient and work was thorough, clean and complete.

The service technician was very prompt. The courtesy phone call to update me on his estimated time of arrival besides the scheduled window of installation was greatly appreciated. Mike was thorough and very professional. He hauled all garbage away, swept my garage floor after installation, and explained all features of my new garage door opener after completing the installation. It was as if the Precision garage door installation video on their website had come to life in my own home. Mike even checked my garage door over and recommended an upgrade to better garage door rollers to extend the service life of my new garage door opener.
