This is an awesome company. I did my research prior to contacting this company and I am not disappointed! The technician, Ben, arrived on time, was personable, courteous and informative. I felt Ben was upfront and honest and after discussing the garage doors with him, I've decided that over the summer to get an insulated garage door from Precision. Service repair was quick and I am certainly NOT disappointed. He did provide me with estimates so that I am clear on the expenditures. Ben was great! I would highly recommend this company plus having an A+ rating from the BBB means that they provide excellent service as well as stand behind their products. You can't go wrong! Thanks Ben!

Precision hasn't done me wrong yet. Had Eric before. Glad to have him again. He always done a great job. Garage door would not open all the way. He showed me what was going on with the pictures he had taken and it looked crummy. Replacement of the gears, door opener, and keypad on outside. Works better and is very quiet when opening and closing.

First of all, Karen through the "Chat" was very responsive and communicated clearly your services. She answered my questions and made this process very simple and easy. James Vanderbur was here until after 8pm making sure we were taken care of. After he installed the garage door opener, he made sure everything worked properly and then he suggested replacing the rollers on the door which we did. He did a great job on the installation and was very friendly and helpful. Love the service they do! Cables snapped and garage door would not work! Came out same day and fixed it at a reasonable price! This is the second time we’ve used them. I see new garage doors in our future of course Overhead Garage Precision will be the ones to get them and installed them!

Tyler G. called and asked if he could come a little earlier than scheduled and I agreed. We discussed the problems I had been having with my garage door opener and what I had done in an effort to repair it. After some checking of the opener, he presented me with some options ranging from replacing the control board in the opener to completely replacing my 20 year old opener. he explained the different prices, what was included with each option, and the warranties of each option. I decided to replace the entire unit and he had a new unit installed in less than an hour. He then provided me with a tutorial of the new unit, programmed the unit with the new remote openers, and programmed the Home-link units in my two automobiles. He did not make a mess, cleaned up all of the packaging and old parts, and made sure I understood everything about the new opener. He was very polite, mature, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

EXTREMELY impressed with Precision's service. I called around 5:00 on a Sunday afternoon when I found the cable mounts and springs had failed expecting to have to schedule a time for a visit later that week. Instead, they had a technician out by around 6:00 and had the repairs completed in a couple of hours. The tech Precision sent out, James Vanderbur, is a top notch professional who went above and beyond to get the repairs made and to ensure the doors were properly adjusted and in top working order. I highly recommend Precision with no hesitation!
