Needed a part replaced on my garage door. Precision came out the next morning and did an inspection of the door. Found springs to be worn, as well as cable drums. Showed me the worn parts, no high pressured sales. I checked prices with other providers and Precision was in line price-wise. Work was done efficiently and professionally. I'd use them again.

Kevin was my GD tech today...he gave me options that were well explained and reasonable. I expected the numbers to be much higher so I was pleased with pricing options. Today I selected the least $$ just to get the absolute necessary fixes in but will be calling in a few months to "finish the job". Everything went great Tyler showed me exactly what was wrong and it was very clear that those parts needed to be replaced. Tyler gave me three options to do repairs. I chose the 660.00 option. I assumed in that quote that would be the sub total plus the gas charge of 15.00. Which would be 675.00. We agreed on the free service charge with the coupon I gave him and the new sub total should be 610.00 plus tax. I spoke with someone who handles the bills, she tried to explain the bill to me but I still couldn’t get past the simple math. The bills are confusing. A simpler way of doing it would be better. If the quote I was given didn’t include the trip fee it should have been explained to me. All was resolved. I would still refer your company to friends and family.

We got up in the morning and found that we could not open the garage door since the spring was broken. Thus, we could not get the car out. I was pleasantly surprised that Precision was able to get to us the same day. Mike did a great job explaining the problem and getting the door working again.

Honestly, I had never heard of Precision until our garage door spring broke Easter morning. AND to top it off we are moving in a few days, so we needed fast service. We chose Precision for their 24 hour call service and were able to get an appointment the next day. Nick was our technician and was very professional, informative, and personable. We will definitely use Precision in the future do their great customer service!

Vladimir was very professional. I had a broken spring and the bearing kit was very worn. He discussed what the issues were and I had them fixed. There was no pressure, but a complete explanation of the issues. My door works much better-no weird noises or hesitation. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

This is the third time i have used Precision for garage door problems. Once at a previous location and twice at my current location. I have been very satisfied with the service, customer interaction and the helpfulness of the technician(s) each of the three service calls. The technician arrived on time, required a little less time than he estimated and seemed to be straight forward in what repairs were needed immediately and those that could wait as well as the potential repercussions of waiting for short-term and long term. i did spend more than I had hoped, but there were more problems than I had anticipated. The price(s) were worth the equipment and labor. If needed, I will use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
