We have been very impressed with the quality and service of Precision since our installation last June. Today it had to be repaired due to a power line issue after a storm. Ryan showed us several options and we chose the one that worked for us. Everyone has been so professional and courteous!

Our garage door wouldn’t open and we couldn’t open it manually. I called Monday morning and Ryan was at our house about an hour later. He offered a couple of options as to accommodate our limited budget. He was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely call them again if needed.

I was very pleased with the quick service and scheduling of my door replacement. I was even more impressed and happy with the technician , Justin, that came to do the install. He was very professional and polite. He worked quickly and neatly, cleaning up after the install very nicely. He did however have to return to replace a piece of trim that had cracked (free of charge) on the original install and work quickly and professionally. I had troubles with a garage door opener and an old troublesome door as well. Mike and Drew did a great job explaining the specific problems with both cases. I decided to buy a new door and opener with their honest assistance explaining the options I had. The door I chose had a 4 week backorder; they went an extra mile to repair both items adding safety features I hadn't had before to ensure I could use the old door until the new door arrived. This is the third time i have used Precision for garage door problems. Once at a previous location and twice at my current location. I have been very satisfied with the service, customer interaction and the helpfulness of the technician(s) each of the three service calls. The technician arrived on time, required a little less time than he estimated and seemed to be straight forward in what repairs were needed immediately and those that could wait as well as the potential repercussions of waiting for short-term and long term. i did spend more than I had hoped, but there were more problems than I had anticipated. The price(s) were worth the equipment and labor. If needed, I will use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.

Needed a part replaced on my garage door. Precision came out the next morning and did an inspection of the door. Found springs to be worn, as well as cable drums. Showed me the worn parts, no high pressured sales. I checked prices with other providers and Precision was in line price-wise. Work was done efficiently and professionally. I'd use them again.

Today I selected the least $$ just to get the absolute necessary fixes in but will be calling in a few months to "finish the job". Everything went great Tyler showed me exactly what was wrong and it was very clear that those parts needed to be replaced. Tyler gave me three options to do repairs. I chose the 660.00 option. I assumed in that quote that would be the sub total plus the gas charge of 15.00. Which would be 675.00. We agreed on the free service charge with the coupon I gave him and the new sub total should be 610.00 plus tax. I spoke with someone who handles the bills, she tried to explain the bill to me but I still couldn’t get past the simple math. The bills are confusing. A simpler way of doing it would be better. If the quote I was given didn’t include the trip fee it should have been explained to me. All was resolved. I would still refer your company to friends and family.
