Leaving for work and the garage door quit working! We called Precision and they sent Zeke out to the 'rescue' within hours of us calling. Zeke showed and explained everything that he found to be causing the issues. It was so refreshing to have such a friendly, enthusiastic and just a happy-natured service person. He didn't leave until all was taken care of. He didn't miss a beat and would highly suggest Precision and Zeke to anyone that needs maintenance, repair or new garage door!

He listened to the issues we were having, presented multiple options, offered his expertise and perspective, but didn't judge or presume any solution over the other. My garage door spring broke and I needed replacement ASAP. Crystal said the earliest was Saturday morning. I later received a text from her saying Tony D. could make the same day appointment between 5pm-6pm. Tony D. gave me different estimates and let me chose which option that I think was best long term. I realized that the quality of parts and the knowledge and experience Tony provided justified the price and value of the repair and replacement. Tony did a great job in making my garage door working optimally longer and better.

I definitely understand the need to make a profit and I trusted the name and it's five star rating. However I must be one of the rare ones as I was quoted over $5,000 to repair a 13-year-old Builder grade garage door. It just didn't seem right. I paid the service fee and checked with three other companies. I was surprised to find out the same amount I get easily upgrade BOTH garage doors to 2" insulated with top of the line openers and all brand new hardware including rails. I can understand maybe one vendor may not always be the cheapest but the estimate wasn't even remotely close to others. It's a shame someone got a bit greedy for commission. My neighbor apologized for referring me.

I had a spring on my garage door snap at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to have someone come out and repair the door. I was surprised when a technician could come out between 3 & 6 that same afternoon! Kevin was our technician and he was very professional an walked through all our option. He let us know what HAD to be done to keep us safe and what COULD be done to prevent further issues. There was no sales pressure at all - he went through each option and we came up with the best solution for our situation. I am VERY pleased with the experience from the person answering the phone to final finished repair. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who is in need of a repair.

Joel was terrific. We have been plagued with a squeaking door for a few weeks now and, wouldn't you know, on the day Precision was scheduled to come and apply a fix, the squeaking stopped. Like that morning. I apologized to Joel for this when he arrived but he took the time to look everything over and lubed all of the hinges and rollers. Very cheerly and professional about the whole thing and ended it with telling me to just call him if the squeak returns. As always a completely positive experience.

We called Precision based on good feedback from some neighbors who had also had them come out. Vlademir was extremely professional. We had a bad spring, and we were interested in upgrading our existing builder-grade opener. He answered all our questions, presented options, and had the new system installed in about 2 hours. Hope we don't need service for a VERY long time, but if we do, we'll definitely call Precision!!

My technician, Eric, was great. Timely to the appointment and thorough in his explanation of the issues with my 13 year old door/opener. Gave me several options for repair/replacement (and the option not to repair/replace). Did feel as if I was being “sold” anything I didn’t need. Repair was complete timely. Eric took the time to help reprogram all openers and serviced my second door while on site. I would recommend Eric to any friend/neighbor.

I selected Precision Garage Door Service because we had them install a new garage door for us in 2018. The garage door spring broke and it was still under warranty. Elliot came out and was very professional and friendly. He explained what happened and how he was going to repair it, and we also discussed considerations of other items we might need to consider for future repair / tune-up issues. He was thorough, quick, and neat. I enjoyed talking to him while he repaired our garage door. It works great now. I would recommend this company.
