We had our garage door spring break on Veterans day 9/4/23. We were not expecting the service we received on a holiday weekend. I found Precision Overhead Door of Noblesville Ind. on the internet on a local listing. I also remember the name from a comment made about them on Nextdoor saying how pleased the customer was with the work and knowledge of the repairman. I was pleased to make contact with a human on the first call. We set up an appointment for the next morning for evaluation and repair. Again, we were happy with the quick response. We received a phone call several hours later telling us they had a service person available if we would be interested to have the work done that evening. Of course we said yes. The service person was at our house within 20 minutes. He evaluated the issue, presented us with an estimated cost of repairs. He had the door up and running in about an hour and a half. Vlad was courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable of the product and repairs needed. I rate Precision Overhead Door with a rating of 10 plus.

Ryan L came out on a Sunday afternoon , day before Labor Day and checked out my door problem . We discussed several options and since my door is over 20 years old and has been repaired before , I chose to have it replaced. I found Ryan to be very knowledgeable , polite, professional and very willing to offer me various options. Technician Andrew did an excellent job, as well as explaining everything clearly. Furthermore, as I am immunocompromised, he willingly masked up when we were in the same area , and made sure that anything I need to touch (e.g., keypad, etc.) were sanitized. Definitely a 5-star job!

I have used Prescision for maintenance and repairs for the last few years. Our garage door opener was nearing the end of it's life and I knew that going in to the appointment today. The technician was informative and educational and provided me with various options and levels of price and I chose to replace it now rather than wait until it totally died during the winter. I have always been extremely happy with thier customer service and price every time I have used Precision.

The tech, Ryan, arrived 1- 1 1/2 hrs after I called for service, within 10 -20 min of the earliest estimated window and finished the job within his estimated window. He showed me the part of the old garage door opener which had failed and could not be fixed because of its age. He showed and explained to me the various replacement options without pressure for a particular one, answering my question along the way. He also identified and fixed developing problems with the garage door. He was courteous, professional and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Door and Ryan (hopefully all the techs are as good as he is)!
