When in a time of need with an emergency work order, Precision was able to schedule same day appointment to have it fixed. They even gave an ETA of between 4 & 6 and they were done by 4:30! This is a great company and we can't wait to do more business with you!

Mike was very professional and on time. He replaced the torsion springs on my door and identified some excessive wear on the bearings for the door. He thoroughly explained everything to me to make sure I understood and quickly and easily replaced what was needed getting everything back up and running. Mike Felton did an amazing job. Solved the original problem of a jammed door in the up position, within 5 minutes. After re-programming all of our cars and manual remotes, Mike did a quick check and discovered frayed cables, which he replaced very quickly. Excellent service. Discovered your company by Google. Also like your website and web-based transactions and follow-up.
