Your TV adds gave me confidence I was dealing with a larger company and you would be there if I needed service in the future. Service tech was extremely knowledgeable he explained all my options and prices for each option allowing me to make an informed decision before the work was done. He also explained how the entire system works and why it was not operating properly.

Definitely made the right choice! Garage door wouldn’t close on its own so thought I had a busted sensor. Ryan came out to replace the sensor but no luck. He tried every possible piece of the puzzle before confirming it was an electrical issue on the opener itself. I really appreciated the thoroughness before deciding a new opener was needed. Ryan laid out my options and was not pushy at all. This company is very cost competitive and probably even cost saving if you have a mailer coupon. I will use them again when inevitably my other 25year old opener kicks it. First time in over a year we can click a button instead of holding it down. Should have called sooner!

I want to highly compliment Paul, who came to our home to examine our damaged garage door, and determine what repairs were needed. Unfortunately repairs could be made, and he agreed to provide an estimate for a new door. Paul's estimate was very thorough and complete. The damage had been caused by a roofing contractor while installing a new roof on our home, so I will now be contacting him about his liability and insurance coverage. At this point I wish to compliment Paul and all of the representatives that I have spoken with, as everyone has been so courteous and concerned, following up with email confirmations, pre-service phone calls and, what more can I say.
