You didn't allow all purchases . . . I got springs and a new wall control. I called only to repair a faulty wall control that was turning lights on and off as it pleased. Nick convinced us that our springs were not the correct ones and needed replacement. So . . . Your employee is extremely congenial and well versed. He deserves 5 stars. the dispatcher was also efficient and friendly. Why not 5 stars? Cost!

Incredible service! We had a spring break last night and could not operate the door at all to get the cars out. I called late last night to schedule the appointment for the next day. Nick was our technician and he was awesome. He came well within his set time window, was friendly and knowledgeable and actually helped us out with a couple other issues we were having on the door. Excellent work!!

There was a mix up in the scheduling and was notified as soon as they caught it. Our technician Ben was very understanding about the situation. He was the perfect technician to work with because his experience and his ability to explain what he had to do to correct our problems. After explaining to us what really needed to be done to fix the issue, we spent more that we expected. But we couldn’t be happier with the results. Open and closing the door is so much quieter. Our son has sensitive hearing and it doesn’t even bother him like before. We know that we will be replacing the garage door opener soon and we know what company we will be calling and what technician we will request. When we need to replace the garage door, we know we can trust Precison! Thank you so much!

I called OGDS first thing in the AM when my husband had to manually open the door to go to work. They are our go to company and they did NOT disappoint! They got us in right away and Nick showed up earlier (called first to make sure it was okay, of course). He got right to work and was able to diagnose and repair both issues. We were still under warranty so we were good to go. He then showed me some of the areas to spray for maintenance and said that he hoped we didn't have to see each other very soon. : ) Great Customer Service!

I was surprised and pleased that you were able to send a service man out the same day I called even though I didn’t have an emergency situation. James was very thorough in in determining the cause for our noisy garage door. His recommendations were clear and he did not try to sell us something we didn’t really need. He worked quickly and we are very pleased with the results. He was very courteous and obviously knew his business.

Definite 5 Star Rating! Precision came out promptly to service my garage door opener! My remotes hadn’t been working well! With some troubleshooting discovered the circuit board was shot! So installed a new one! Keith and Mike were great! Noticed door was noisy and greased it up! Remotes working great now! So appreciate their excellent service!

Eric was incredible. He showed up on time and was so nice and helpful. Showed a screen shot of what our house would look like with the color we picked and then offered to switch out our garage lightbulbs that we out and got my car set up with the opener in the car to work which he didn't have to do. I am very positively impressed with Mr. Mike Felton. He was well-mannered, listen carefully to my explanation of the problem and correctly diagnosed where was the problem. His diagnosis was based on his experience and was different from my guessing. I asked him who could change worn out rubber strip that seals the door with the floor. He checked the vehicle and pulled out the rubber band. He explained to me the cost of material and labor and using proper tools removed the old strip and installed the new one. Also, he made some additional adjustments. He explained some useful facts about this type of doors that I will use in the future. I really like this company.
