Technician checked the door, springs etc. fully Andrew explained fully what was wrong. He offered 3 solutions & prices. He did what I agreed to pay for, & garage door is working fine. Our garage door was difficult to open and close, due to a broken spring and broken bracket. I responded to a magazine ad for Precision, and was thankful that Mandy answered the phone, instead of getting an answering machine. She offered me an appointment that same day! Nick arrived and thoroughly inspected the door and showed me exactly where the problem areas were. He presented a couple of different options, and I chose to have the "overhaul" package. Nick's quote was very good, so he repaired the door, and had all of the parts that he needed on his truck (no waiting for parts to be ordered!) I also asked him to check our second garage door, as I thought it might have some of the same problems as the first one. It did, so I purchased the "overhaul" package for that door as well. Nick was great to work with! If you're having trouble with your garage door, and are looking for fantastic customer service, and excellent quality work at a very reasonable price, please call Precision! You won't be disappointed!

Full disclosure: I come from a very technical background and for me, the mechanics of a garage door is well understood. I called for a broken spring, but I knew many other problems l had with my door. The technician, Josh, was very knowledgeable, inspected and caught all the issues. I wasn't testing him but I was very pleased that he was skilled in his trade to make the door right and not just fix and move on. He was not pushing on trying to sell me anything but explained clearly the cause and effect of the issues and let me make the final decision. I will use Precision again.

Came out to service and adjust my garage door after I noticed a potential problem. The adjustment was made and the tech, Vladamir, noticed something else and asked about it. It could have been a big deal but he took care of that and checked everything else, included a lube job to be sure all was in top shape. Fast, efficient, courteous, and pleasant tech.
