My Garage door wasn’t opening correctly so I called Precision and they dispatched a technician who arrived exactly within the time period that was quoted. When Scott D. arrived he thoroughly inspected my garage door and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Scott went above & beyond in explaining what was going on with my system and gave me options on what could/would happen with all of the scenarios. There was no high-pressure sales pitch and allowed me to do what made the best sense (physically & financially) to fix the immediate issue. Scott was very meticulous in his workmanship and got me back to ‘normal’ within 30 minutes.

Precision was amazing. They came out within an hour to fix our door. They knew we needed to get our car out and sent Pat out as soon as they could. Pat was great and he was able to do the repair under an hour! He was wonderful!

My garage spring broke Saturday afternoon and I called to have someone come out and was so happy they were able to send me someone that same day. Kevin was friendly, efficient and capable. He explained the service he performed on my garage door and showed me exactly what repairs he made to it. In addition, my key pad wasn’t working properly! He tested it and after multiple attempts got it to work. He gave me the option to stick with it or to purchase a new one. Since it was a couple years old, I did buy a new one. When he left, my garage was clean and nothing was left behind! A positive experience!

Absolutely excellent service and equipment. The 20 year old garage door opener finally died from a shorted out transformer on the circuit board. The tech diagnosed the problem quickly, had the replacement unit on the truck, installed everything and walked thru it all working. Can’t say enough about it and the service provided.

Garage door spring broke on Saturday evening. Went online and scheduled for Sunday morning. Also New Years Eve Day for service appt. Technician Drew T arrived as scheduled. Analyzed the issue. Presented and explained a repair plan and answered any questions that we had. Agreed to that plan and Drew professionally went about his work to repair the broken door and leave us in great shape in a very short time, with parts from the truck. Cannot speak any higher of this company and their people. Would definitely recommend Precision to everybody who needs garage door service of any kind!!!!! Fabulous work !!!!

My garage door keypad was not working. After changing the batteries, it still did not open or shut, I got in touch with Precision. A technician was out on the same day and fixed what needed fixing.
