I was very impressed with Ben’s professionalism. He called ahead, used shoe covers in the house, and explained everything. We ended up needing a new door and he walked me thru the process. Door color and door options. Before he left, Ben answered all of my questions/concerns. Excellent service!

Patrick was here and did a very thorough job. The spring on my garage door was broken and he fixed that and added another spring since my garage only had one and after he worked on my garage door, it is much quieter it also prior to his visit had some light coming through the sides and air in the winter and he adjusted that and is now much tighter than before. He did a great job and I would recommend him to anybody that needs the same service.

Austin and Issac did a fabulous job. I reached out to Precision as they had installed our garage door opener to purchase an additional remote door opener. They recommended a tune up based on how long ago we purchased the opener. They arrived within an hour of my request. They completed the tune up and programmed the new remote for us within 30 minutes. It was a great experience and I will continue to use Precision in the future. The best part was Austin and Issac. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I called Precision again based on my past experience. This time the spring in the other garage door broke after 20+ years. I called in the morning and Nick Z arrived as expected. I also want to say a special thank you and professionalism your technician Royal F. was handling the service of trying to fix my old garage door opener, he worked and his assistant worked tremendously hard to get my garage door working properly, but it turn out that my 23 year old garage door opener, just did have any life left, so we decided to get a new garage door opener. I feel bad that he missed out on making other calls and that my garage door was such a problem. My wife and I will continue to call on your company for any garage door issues in the future. Royal F has great customer relations and really cares for the customer, he’s an asset to your company.
