Had a broken spring, called on Saturday and Precision showed up on Monday morning. Very timely. Walked me through a couple of other worn parts and fixed a hinge that had been repaired poorly before by another provider. Very impressed with the timeliness, quality of work, price and customer service. Thank you.

Our technician showed up right at the appointment time, and looked at all of the components first. He then explained how the door operates and gave options and prices for recommended repairs. We chose just to replace both springs. The repairs were made quickly and we have a functioning door once again! Service was great!
