This is the second time I've contracted Precision Garage Door Service to repair an overhead garage door. The technician promptly scheduled my service the same day I called and arrived right on time. The technician examined the mechanics of my door and told me everything he saw that needed to be addressed, and what was still in good working order. I was able to make a comfortable financial decision based upon the options presented without feeling pressured to buying unnecessary parts or upgrades.

Our garage door opener was not working. Precision Tune was called at 8:30 am and Nick arrived at 11am to complete our job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave great updates along the way and instructed me on the new system. I was extremely pleased with his work. Also, the person taking my initial call was very helpful and professional. I was very pleased that I got to speak to a live person. Thanks, T. McDermand

My experience with Precision Garage Doors was absolutely amazing. I am pretty much used to little or no cut timer service- but this company has not forgotten who pays their salary. Everyone was so kind, friendly and courteous. They kept in close contact right up until the serviceman arrived. He was so attentive and professional. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks for a recommendation. Y’all are rocking it!

Mike fixed an out-of-line rail which was causing a loud squeak when the door closed. Inspected everything, and lubricated bearings and wheels. He called when he was available early, which was great with me, and cleared my afternoon. I purchased my door from them 10 years ago, and it still looks great.

Good reviews brought me to Precision. Patrick (technician) came out and told me the issue and options to resolve. 20 year old openers. He didn't hard sell me. Very nice and knowledgeable. I decided to have 2 new openers installed mostly due to the age of the old ones. Patrick did a great job installing. Took his time. I felt he was installing them like he would on his own house. Great work. He even helped program them for our cars as well. Highly recommend Precision and Patrick !
