My Technicians, Kevin And Brock, Were On Time As Well As Courteous, Friendly, And Did An Absolutely Excellent Job... I Have A 30 Year Old Garage Door And The Quotes They Offered Depended On How Extravagant The Amount Of Work I Wanted To Have Done, And What Was The Right Fit For My Budget... All Three Quotes Were Well Explained With A "No Pressure" Attitude... The Final Price Was Reasonable, Fair, And Very Competitive... My Garage Door Works Better Than It Has In Over 15 Years... If I Need Anything Else Done In The Future, They Will Definitely Be The First Company I Will Call... My Suggestion, Hire This Company- You Won't Be Disappointed!!.. Convenience! My garage door stopped working last night so I called the 24 hour # and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow early afternoon. The technician arrived early, found and fixed the problem within an hour. Chris Thompson was my tech and he was great!! Very informative and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary stuff! Good dude. I've worked with Precision in the past and knew what to expect...great service. From start to finish communication was great. The call rep shared what time someone could be here and Austin was right on time. He called while on his way, / analyzed the issue once he arrived / shared options and estimate / completed the repair in good time. While here I also asked him for a tune up. I didn't realize how loud the door had gotten until Austin made it quiet again. I'll definitely use Precision in the future.
